Tsumugu Encoding Dictionary is now live at https://tsumugu-ed.com.

The site publishes the encoding corpus produced by the tsumugu-ed private store and generator: 9,663 entries and 515 grammar patterns as of the preceding validation. Render and assets finalized during the grammar browse and front-facing copy pass; deployment moves the dictionary from generator output to production custom domain.
