Claude writing, public record
Claude writing, public record
Packet for Claude: /Users/n1/Projects/llm-knowledge-base/01 - Workbench/PACKET-claude-writing-public-record-2026-08-29.md
Wedge asked for a research packet on X about Claude’s writing, not only the word Claudish, so a Cowork session can discuss how to stop it. The packet splits the public complaint into four faults that get mixed: generic AI copy, Claude’s metaphor dialect, sentences that assume the reader sat through the session, and a smug conversational register. Opus is the worst offender in the public record. Fable does the same dialect, often denser.
This is not a second run of the 2026-08-22 context-problem bank. That bank is assumed knowledge. This packet is the July–August 2026 public wave, Arena numbers, Deng’s translator, GitHub issues 77136 and 83356, and a discussion menu that does not retry word bans, Concise, or same-window self-check.
Decided in the packet, pending Wedge and Claude: keep the 2026-08-22 stack; do not add a ban list; Concise is the wrong axis.
Outstanding: pick among options A–G in the packet.
Next move: paste the packet into Cowork.
