Process Checklist

- Interior reflection
- Create a list of goals and dreams.
- Write down what excites you most: activities where hours pass without noticing.
- Exterior reflection
- Ask others about your strengths, weaknesses, what they admire, and what you need to improve.

- What is your general direction?
- Anchor the goal: make it medium-term and pointed in that general direction.
- Dissect the goal: what skills, attributes, and mindsets does the perfect imaginary person who achieves this possess?
