Week 1: Building Awareness
Focus on noticing what happens during learning sessions. Pay attention to shifts in focus, resistance, energy, and engagement without trying to change anything yet. Simply observe and record patterns.
Week 2: Developing Real-Time Monitoring
Begin making small observations in the moment. Notice when focus starts to drift, when resistance appears, or when energy drops. Practice catching these shifts earlier in the session.
Week 3: Making Adjustments
Start making minor adjustments based on what you notice. Test small changes in approach, environment, or pacing while the session is still happening. Track which adjustments help and which do not.
Week 4: Sustaining Under Pressure
Apply monitoring and adjustment under more demanding conditions. Introduce time pressure, fatigue, or competing demands and practice maintaining awareness and making corrections without losing the thread.
