Use this page to run the weekly evaluation cycle. Complete in order.
1. Rate Each Active Process
For each active skill or process, rate the week:
| Skill / Process | Rating (/10) | Why? (evidence, not feeling) | 1% Gain Identified |
|---|---|---|---|
| Practice Consistency | |||
| BHS | |||
| SIR | |||
| Prompt Design | |||
| Workflow Design | |||
| Verification | |||
| Immersion Recurrence | |||
| Noticing |
2. Marginal Metrics for Next Week
Set one or two specific, trackable targets for the coming week. Each metric should have a daily checkbox so progress is visible without opening the goals system.
| Metric | M | T | W | T | F | S | S |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ☐ | ☐ | ☐ | ☐ | ☐ | ☐ | ☐ | |
| ☐ | ☐ | ☐ | ☐ | ☐ | ☐ | ☐ |
What makes a good marginal metric:
- Specific enough to check off at the end of the day (yes or no)
- Tied to one of the active processes above
- Small enough to be achievable in low-energy conditions
Example: “Complete one BHS Aim + Shoot block” — not “practise learning techniques”
3. What Needed Attention This Week?
Write briefly. What felt like friction? What got skipped? What worked?
4. Next Week Focus
